The kitchen is the heart of a home; it’s where we are our most comfortable, where we sit on bench tops, share ideas and laughter, replenish our minds as we nourish our bodies. It’s where we try things out, are at our most relaxed, and open to whatever is placed on our plate. It’s where we deepen relationships, learn from each other, support each others efforts, clean up messes and start afresh.   Our specialty at The Leadership Kitchen is helping people develop to lead the life they want – by leveraging their personal strengths, improving their relationships and helping them become a more confident and inspiring leader.

Our Philosophy

Many of the issues we touch on during our programs go to the heart of how people think and feel. We provide a safe environment for people to express themselves and develop the right skills to deal with tough issues like workplace conflict and personality clashes. We work closely with you to ensure cultural interventions are clearly linked to business performance and value creation. We believe the fields of positive psychology, quantum thinking, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and adult learning enable us to reach a deep understanding of how each individual contributes to their own and their group’s successes and challenges. It is through the use of science based theory that we have cultivated proven processes and combined these to ensure lasting shifts in behaviour.
