As the founder of The Leadership Kitchen and an author of two books, Felicity’s role as a trusted advisor, facilitator and coach has centred on empowering organisations to realise their potential and improving lives on a grand scale. Felicity has worked with people in both the private and public sector, from individual leaders, to the CEO’s and entrepreneurs of multinational companies, like McKinsey and the Reserve Bank of Australia.
